Hi All,

Ok, after my first day to Gitex, my general impression “nothing much: same companies, same marketing campaigns and same faces!!”

But definitely, if you look closely, you can find out something new and innovation hiding between the big and huge stands.

By the way, I sort of liked Google’s stand and their presentation.

Keep you updated and please get us your feedbacks if you been there.

Ok after my second day:

Not much, except I’ve found couple of interesting things to watch:

Antivirus software called ESET Smart Security – from my experiences their antivirus is light on the machines and consume less recourse compare to other antivirus. www.eset.com

New tiny & cheap laptops – they are running on a new build in process called (Intel-Atom) – very good for people who travel a lot with normal processing duties

Some good outsourcing companies

Plus you got the chance to meet up with your old friends did not meet for ages!!

Also be aware of parking issue – very hard to find one if you are running late
